SUMMARY:Rock and Row Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:This event is a chipped timed paddle triathlon beginning with 5 kilometers of paddling\, followed by 5 kilometers of running (both road and trails) and ending with a quick 5 kilometers of biking on park roads. The start of the race will be staggered by divisions every 3-4 minutes.\n\n Each contestant will receive their bib and a rock & row shirt in their race packet. You may pick up your packet the day of the race (8-9:45am) or the day before from (5:00-7:00pm) at the park's beach pavilion.\n\n Prices increase April 1st and again April 8th\, registration closes April 19th. An email will be sent to all contestants April 20th with an overview of race day logistics.\n\nWe will have various prizes from multiple park supporters. Prizes will be drawn at random following the race\, winners must be present to receive prize.\n\nStay aware of your surroundings during the race\, there will be all types of skill levels competing in support of this park.
